Refund Policy
Sponsorship donationsnare made to the Scottish Community Foundation (a charity registered innScotland, SCO 22910) in support of a particular team undertaking theirnchosen challenge. Donations will not be refunded if a particularnindividual or team happens to not complete the challenge or indeed doesnnot take part.
If, for any other reason, a sponsor wishes tonretract their donation they may request a refund by writing to usnwithin one month of the making their donation. They may do so bynemailing [email protected] / [email protected] or by writing to:

All such requests should include the following information:
- Donor’s Name
- Donation Amount
- Donation Date
- Donation Reference
- Name of individual/team sponsored
- Reason for refund
Suchnrequests will be considered by the Events Director and any refunds willnbe made within 28 days to the originating account. Please notendonations to the Foundation are typically unrestricted so that they cannbe used wherever there is the greatest need. This means that thendonated funds may not always be available for refund.
