Support Crew

Fundamentally, your team's success will rest on the practical support it receives from your Support Crew.

Their role is to help at the checkpoints, provide food, refreshment and supplies, transport kit and clothing, and of course moral support over the course of the 24 or 54 miles.

You will need: a maximum of one vehicle (eg: people carrier, mini-van, SUV, campervan or similar), and a minimum of two drivers (one support driver would be acceptable for THE 24).

We can provide support packages

For teams entering THE 54, we offer the option of a Support Package - your very own Support Team, ready-made, and more than willing to help. With a Support Package you get:

o    Organisation and booking of accommodation (3 star hotel standard)
o    Team collection from an agreed pick-up point in Scotland, and transport to Fort William for registration the evening before the event
o    Transfer from registration to your pre-booked accommodation
o    Transfer from your accommodation the morning of the event, to the Challenge's starting point
o    Transfer of all team members' kit between the Checkpoints
o    Provision of food, refreshments, support and assistance (including medical staff) at all the Checkpoints
o    Access to rest / lit / heated areas with marquees at each Checkpoint 
o    Logistical organisation at each Checkpoint
o    Transport to the finish line for any team member who retires during the Challenge
o    Transport from the finish line to your initial collection point on the Sunday afternoon.

The cost of the above package is £220 per person.

Please contact us to discuss your options, and we can arrange your choice for you.  Packages can be booked only on a team-by-team basis, however payment can be made either individually or for the team as a whole. Final confirmation cant be made until we have recieved full payment.
